The Timeshare and Fractional changes in the HAR MLS are due to be available in late September 2007. This includes the ability to search for them from HAR.com.

Trading Places International was recently awarded resort management contracts at Park Hotel, and Skiers Lodge in Park City, Utah, and Highland Estates Resort in Mesquite, Nevada.

Lindo Mar Adventure Club, Ltd. (LMAC) has completed the purchase of Lindo Mar Resort, located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, giving its members full lifetime ownership of the Club and its underlying property rights. John Gilbert, President of the Lindo Mar Owners Association Board of Directors, stated, "Our loyal members, along with Trading Places International's expert management and legal professionals from Mexico and the US have helped us realize our dream. As this is a first in Mexico, it has been a long, hard journey while breaking new ground. Now our members are owners and the Club is stronger than ever."

CONROE, Texas The 55th FIABCI World Congress is being held this year in Houston, May 24-29 -- the first time in over 40 years that this event has been held in the USA. The last time this annual event was held in the United States was in Chicago in 1963.

Aside from the obvious, there are two major differences between traditional real estate ownership and resort vacation ownership. First, traditional real estate is a necessity item and vacation ownership is a luxury item. Second, in traditional real estate, the consumer seeks the product, and in timesharing, the consumer is enticed to the product. These two facts alone allude to the difficulties of selling timeshares.
